 Our goal is to provide quality traditional martial arts, self-defense, physical fitness and self-discipline for your entire family.

Little Dragons

4 - 6 Years Old

Our 4-6 year old Little Dragons Program focuses on skills that develop Concentration, Coordination and Respect in young children.  

Youth Karate

7 - 12 Years Old

Our 7-12 year old Youth Program also develops Confidence to Excel and Handle Peer Pressure, Self-Discipline and Self-Defense skills.  

Teen / Adult Karate

13 Years Old & Up

Our 13 year old & Up Teen / Adult program builds Physical Fitness, Self-Confidence and Leadership skills for all aspects of your life. This traditional martial arts program includes history, culture & philosophy as well as concepts and principles of real-world self defense.
